MSME Digital Grant 2025: Let’s Break It Down!
This grant is part of a national effort to help Malaysian micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) boost their digital presence. It’s spearheaded by:
- Ministry of Finance (MOF)
- Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN)
- Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC)
- Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC)
Through this grant, eligible businesses can get a 50% subsidy (up to RM5,000) when they purchase digital services from authorised partners, and yes, one of them is us, Foodie Media!

A Quick Example Of This Grant
Say you’re interested in the popular Foodie Video Package, which costs RM6,000 (including 8% SST).
Here’s how the grant helps:
- You only need to pay RM3,240.
- The remaining RM3,240 is covered by BSN.
- You’ll need to make payment within 14 days after approval, and the rest is taken care of!
Who’s Eligible?
This grant is open to SMEs and cooperatives that meet the following criteria:
✅ At least 60% Malaysian ownership.
✅ SSM-registered business or registered cooperative with SKM.
✅ Operated for a minimum of 6 months.
✅ Annual sales turnover of at least RM50,000.
🚫 Businesses that received this grant previously are not eligible.

How To Apply?
Mark your date! This MSME Grant 2025 application opens on 20th July 2025.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Fill out the application form, click here.
- Upload the following documents:
- NRIC (front & back) of business owner or director.
- Latest SSM Business Profile.
- Audited or management accounts OR last 2 months’ bank statements.
- A valid quotation or invoice from Foodie Media.
Processing takes about 3–7 working days, and successful applicants will receive a notification by email.
Payment Details
Once approved, here’s what to do:
- Make your 50% payment (via FPX) to Funding Societies using the link in your approval email.
- Payment must be completed within 14 days.
- Direct transfers to Foodie Media are not allowed.
- You’ll receive a receipt from Funding Societies once payment is made.
